Description:
We are seeking a motivated attorney to join a dynamic legal team handling no-fault arbitration and litigation cases. This position is ideal for early-career attorneys looking to gain hands-on trial and arbitration experience, as well as for candidates with some prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense.
As a key member of the team, you will represent clients in no-fault arbitration hearings, assist in litigation matters, and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. You will have the opportunity to build courtroom experience and develop a deep understanding of no-fault law in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in no-fault arbitration hearings and related litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and case preparation under guidance from senior attorneys.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and active NY Bar membership.
- Entry-level candidates welcome; 1–3 years of experience handling no-fault, personal injury, or insurance litigation is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in-person in Uniondale, NY, and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow in litigation.

- Prior exposure to arbitration hearings or courtroom proceedings

- Strong interest in developing trial/arbitration skills in plaintiff or defense work
