We are currently partnered with a boutique law firm based in Pleasanton, CA, seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to build strong litigation experience in a supportive, high-quality-of-life environment with flexible work options. They are looking for a motivated Litigation Attorney with strong analytical thinking, writing ability, and courtroom readiness. The ideal candidate is client-focused, collaborative, and able to manage cases independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Employment litigation (preferred) or General civil litigation experience will also be considered if you have strong recent litigation exposure. Experience Required
Minimum 1+ year of recent litigation experience.
Employment litigation experience strongly preferred.
Active California Bar membership required (must already be admitted).
Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
Billable Hours Structure & Compensation
This role offers flexibility in annual billable hour expectations:
Option 1: 1,600 annual billable hours - Salary range: $125,000 - $160,000.
Option 2: 1,850 annual billable hours - Salary range: $145,000 - $185,000.
Additional details:
If you exceed your monthly or annual billable targets, you may be eligible for additional variable compensation.
Regardless of selected track, all attorneys are considered equally for advancement, bonuses, and raises.
