Providence Staffing's client is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney Manager to join its growing team in Downtown Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plaintiff's personal injury attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, team leadership, and driving successful case outcomes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive pre-litigation experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while mentoring and managing a high-performing legal team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a team of pre-litigation attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Provide strategic guidance and legal direction on plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Ensure cases are handled efficiently while maintaining high standards of client communication and satisfaction.
• Review case strategy, settlement evaluations, demands, and negotiations to maximize client outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues related to personal injury claims.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows, case management processes, and team performance.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Assist with resolving escalated client concerns and complex case issues.
• Support business growth initiatives and contribute to the continued success of the practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, with significant pre-litigation experience required.
• Prior leadership or management experience within a personal injury law firm strongly preferred.
• Experience using case management software highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, case strategy, and client management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Accredited Law School graduate.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
