Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Clients Workers' Compensation practice. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in representing clients in workers' compensation cases, providing exceptional legal services, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including hearings, trials, and appeals
• Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gather evidence, and prepare cases for litigation
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other documents in workers' compensation cases
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes on behalf of clients
• Provide exceptional client service, including regular communication and updates on case progress
• Stay up-to-date on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve firm goals and objectives
Requirements:
• 3-10 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in workers' compensation law
• Jurisdiction to practice law in the state where the firm is located
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and litigation skills
