What You'll Do


As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will have ownership of diversified personal injury docket while serving as a trusted advocate for your clients throughout their recovery journey.


  • Building strong attorney-client relationships
  • Evaluating liability, damages, and case value
  • Developing effective case strategies
  • Guiding clients through treatment and claim progression
  • Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing parties
  • Collaborating with case managers, medical providers, and adjusters
  • Resolving claims efficiently while maximizing client outcomes
  • Working closely with our Litigation Team to transition cases when litigation becomes necessary, BUT with the potential opportunity to work choice cases through litigation
  • Delivering exceptional client service and communication throughout the life of the case

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000 โ€“ 225,000 base
  • Monthly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities - tied to settlement amounts
