We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm.
This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who is passionate about law, possesses a deep understanding of the pre-litigation process, and is eager to make a significant impact in our organization.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury, either plaintiff or defense.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing a large caseload of pre-litigation cases.
  • Analyzing and organizing case files, and conducting legal research to support case preparation.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on pre-litigation matters.
