We are a fast-growing, highly respected personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team in Carmel, Indiana.
Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
  • Commission opportunities
  • Performance bonuses

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing with a state bar
  • Prior litigation experience required (plaintiff or defense)
  • Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseloads
  • Personal injury experience is preferred but not required
