Reports To: Practice Administrator

Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Atlanta Fibroid Center is an Interventional Radiology medical practice that specializes in the nonsurgical treatment of Uterine Fibroids. PCS Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering all inbound calls, text, emails and voicemails in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Utilize patient database, EMR software, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Educate customers using live and digital platform.
  • Use discretion and independent judgement in handling sensitive or personal health information.
  • Create and update the customers file and maintain comprehensive logs and task history.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Schedule patients for imaging and Physician appointment. Check insurance benefits.
  • Follow-up with customer leads, calls, text, emails and voicemails daily.
  • Strive to meet or exceed company metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
