Job description

Dental Associates of Delaware (Pinnacle Dental Management) is hiring a Practice Support Specialist! This is an exciting in-person opportunity to join our team and support our locations throughout Delaware with operational efficiency, consistency, and achieving goals.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping teams succeed. They are an effective communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who enjoys supporting offices through training, collaboration, process improvement, and operational support.
Position Summary
The Practice Support Specialist contributes to the success of our dental practices through training, reporting, compliance assistance, process improvement, and implementation of company initiatives. This position partners closely with Practice Administrators, Office Management, providers, and team members to promote consistency, efficiency, and achievement of organizational goals across multiple locations.
Through regular office interaction, observation, and collaboration, the Practice Support Specialist helps identify opportunities for improvement, assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, provides hands-on assistance when needed, and helps teams overcome barriers to success.
Responsibilities include training and development, reporting, serving as a support source for Practice Administrators, Office Management, providers and team members, providing onsite administrative support and coverage when needed, compliance/credentialing, and projects and systems support.
Requirements
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel regularly between office locations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Preferred
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience in a dental office, healthcare practice, or professional office environment.
  • Experience in training, coaching, office support, or leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with dental practice operations, scheduling, collections, insurance processes, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience creating reports, training materials, policies, procedures, or workflow documentation.
