Job description

EFC International is looking for Warehouse Specialists to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our warehouse operations, picking orders, product put away, overall warehouse, inventory maintenance, and ensuring overall warehouse organization and safety. If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately maintains inventory using EFC procedures & standards
  • Communicates with supervisor/manager as needed
  • Accurately fills orders
  • Packages, labels, stacks, and wraps materials for safe shipping
  • Follow appropriate shipping instructions
  • Keeps warehouse areas organized, swept, clean, and hazard free
  • Follow all EFC safety codes
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager
  • Participate in all aspects of warehouse and equipment maintenance and organization

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Comfortable using standard office and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.
  • Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with standard equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
  • Moderate noise level typical of warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials.
