Redi Services, LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services industry, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional who values accuracy, embraces ownership, and is passionate about supporting employees through exceptional payroll administration.
As our organization continues to grow from approximately 550 employees to 800+ employees over the next several years, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and help strengthen our payroll operations across multiple entities and states.

What You'll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting payroll operations across multiple companies while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process full-cycle payroll for multiple business entities
  • Administer union payrolls and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
  • Manage Certified Payroll (DBA/DBRA) reporting and prevailing wage compliance
  • Calculate and administer prevailing wage/fringe benefits
  • Ensure multi-state payroll compliance, tax reporting, and regulatory adherence
  • Process garnishments, tax levies, and wage attachments
  • Administer employee payroll deductions and benefit withholdings
  • Prepare and support quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
  • Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams to resolve payroll questions and issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk reduction
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll
  • Strong experience with union payroll administration
  • Experience with Certified Payroll (DBA/DBRA) and prevailing wage requirements
  • Working knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and wage laws
  • Experience handling garnishments, tax levies, and wage attachments
  • Experience with benefits and payroll deductions administration
  • Payroll audit support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, UKG, and Paycom is essential
  • Experience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or government contracting is a plus
  • Knowledge of general ledger coding and job-costing
