Responsibilities
This position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll, as well as for assisting in various clerical functions, and is directly responsible to the Director of Human Resources and Accounting Manager. This position processes payroll and assists the Human Resources Director and staff with various Human Resources tasks. Input and retrieve payroll data from computerized system. Calculate pay due from Kronos. Use 10 key for various functions. Interact in person and by telephone with managers and staff regarding payroll issues. Ability to communicate with adolescence, adulthood, late adulthood to geriatrics.

Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll; 10 Key by touch, direct data entry experience, general accounting background. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
  2. Hands-on experience with Excel or equivalent. Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System.
  3. Knowledge of Wage and Hour Guidelines, Knowledge of Healthcare pay practices.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $93,600.00 to $121,430.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
