ABOUT ROYAL CABINETS

Royal Cabinets is a successful long-term leading supplier of premium cabinets and services to the new construction builder and retail trade in Southern California and nearby states. Our team operates in the US and in Mexico, with a combined staff of over 300 employees. Our goal is to create excellent customer experience with our products and services, leading to continual referral driven growth.

Background Desired (Qualifications):

· 3+ years of AR resolution.

· BA degree preferred (not required).

· Accounting background preferred.

· Familiar with contracts and exposure to liens.

· Microsoft Office proficient; Excel proficiency is a must.

· Data base interaction.

· Run and create reports.

· Experience with Billing in building/construction industry.

· Purchase Order Management

· Experience working as a subcontractor in the new construction industry.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Management

· Oversee all invoicing entries by staff.

· Responsible for handling all cash receipts in the ERP system.

· Ensure billing process has integrity for completeness/accuracy.

· Review accumulated entries and test for accuracy.

· Track jobs for special payment arrangements, including deposits, change orders and price changes.

· Track retention payments.

· Publish AR aging analysis and reactions.

· Be personally involved in collecting special problem issues.

· Reconcile sales reports to the GL.

· Manage price changes as appropriate.

Lien Management

· Ensure filing of preliminary liens for builders.

· Assess accounts to determine need for lien.

· Review/escalate any issues outside of policy to Snr Mgt.

· Prepare lien paperwork to be filed if needed.

Payroll Management

· Oversee weekly payroll processes and staff entries.

· Process semi-monthly payroll for Salary employees.

· Ensure accuracy of calculations and labor code compliance.

· Review submissions from Field Managers for all secondary payment issues, including allowances for miles, tools, water and excess drive time.

· Provide support for any legal request to provide payroll information.

· File quarterly payroll tax returns with IRS & State.

· Maintain vacation Schedule, updated quarterly and prepare vacation Accrual.

· Prepare and reconcile monthly workers compensation report.

· Prepare and process monthly sales commission statements.

Contract Administration

· Collect and document all contracts received.

· Ensure the pricing is correct on contact vs. awarded bids.

· Work with Sales team to obtain amendments, COs and POs.

· Prepare access to Contract Tab for Prelims.

· Reconcile contract journal cards to ensure contracts are billed in full.

· Oversee outside city business licenses, apply and renew.

Insurance

· Work with insurance broker to obtain COI for customers.

· Work with outside OCIP administrators to complete OCIP enrollment process and COI for Royal.

· Prepare Wrap Sales Report twice a year.

· Provide necessary documents and summaries for annual GL audit.

Staff and Office Management

· Manage, train and assess the following positions:

o Payroll Clerk

o AR Clerk

o Contract Administrator Clerk

COMPENSATION

- Base Salary Range of $80,000 to $100,000, related to experience, qualifications and performance
