Job Description About the Role Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for a Driver Payroll Auditor. Our client, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support its payroll team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a focus on data entry, timecard calculations, payroll auditing, and resolving payroll questions.

Key Responsibilities: Enter, review, and audit payroll information for accuracy. Calculate and review driver timecards and timesheets. Perform weekly visual audits and identify information that does not look accurate or reasonable.

Input payroll information into ADP. Collect and calculate timecards and follow up with drivers when information is missing or needs clarification. Communicate by email and phone regarding timecards, pay questions, and discrepancies.

Review payroll information and use critical thinking to identify and resolve issues. Requirements: Strong data entry skills. Strong basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to take and reference notes. Critical thinking skills and good common sense when reviewing information.

Comfortable with repetitive work and frequent typing/email communication. Reliable and dependable. Willingness to ask questions and learn new processes.

Preferred: Payroll experience or knowledge of how payroll works. Experience with ADP. Experience calculating timesheets.
