Bloom Precision Aesthetics is looking for a warm, polished, organized, and sales-minded Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Pinehurst, NC.

This position is much more than a traditional front desk role. You will be an important part of the entire patient journey—from the first phone call or inquiry to check-in, checkout, rebooking, and follow-up. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating an exceptional experience, and helping patients feel confident and cared for.

What You'll Do
  • Create a welcoming, professional experience for every patient

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient schedule

  • Check patients in and out and collect payments

  • Educate patients on services, promotions, memberships, and skincare products

  • Help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments

  • Rebook patients and support long-term patient retention

  • Follow up with leads, missed opportunities, and overdue patients

  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation

  • Keep the reception and patient areas organized, polished, and welcoming

  • Support providers and team members with daily administrative needs

  • Assist with special events, promotions, and patient outreach

  • Contribute to clinic goals and an exceptional team culture
