Practice Manager (Medical Aesthetics)
Pinehurst, NC
Full-Time | $70,000+ Base (DOE) | Performance Incentives

A busy and highly reputable medspa is seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Medical Office Manager to lead operations, strengthen front office performance, and drive profitability in a growing medical aesthetics practice.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both patient experience and business performance. Strong operational skills and comfort with financial KPIs are essential.
Compensation
Base salary starting at $70,000+ (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses tied to KPIs

Responsibilities

Operations & Team Leadership
Oversee front desk and scheduling operations
Optimize schedule utilization and patient flow
Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
Elevate patient experience and retention
Strengthen systems, compliance, and workflows
Financial & KPI Management
Review and analyze P&Ls
Track KPIs (utilization, conversion, retention, revenue per visit)
Forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities
Implement operational improvements to increase profitability
Growth & Expansion
Support transition into expanded facility and future training center
Build scalable systems for long-term growth

Qualifications

Required:
Practice management or medical office leadership experience
Experience analyzing financial reports and KPIs
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable being accountable to measurable performance goals
Strongly Preferred:
Experience in a med spa, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other elective/cash-pay medical setting
Experience managing front office teams in a high-service environment
