Job description

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Floater - NC (Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, and surrounding areas)

Your impact:

As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to use your outgoing personality to build rapport with our members and act as their consultant in meeting their financial needs. You'll also have the opportunity to use your achievement drive, technical skills, and problem solving ideas to provide them with a great experience when you speak to them on the phone or they visit you in the branch.

The contributions you can anticipate making:
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring your own action plan to achieve personal, branch, and corporate sales and service goals.
  • Contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork by supporting the branch goals and Coastal's strategic plan.
  • Using your talents to support the branch performance plan to increase member loyalty and achieve a world class Net Promoter Score.
  • Helping members with their personal financial goals by uncovering their needs and recommending products or services that will meet those needs.
  • Analyzing financial and credit information in order to recommend financial planning services, approve loans, or make referrals to business partners when appropriate.
  • Disbursing Credit Union funds in accordance with our lending guidelines and ensuring proper documentation is completed to maintain collateral integrity and compliance with federal lending regulations.
