Job description

We've partnered with a fast-growing plaintiff personal injury firm that is actively hiring a Junior Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to build hands-on experience across case strategy, client communication, negotiation, and settlement, while working in a high-volume, team-driven environment.


Role Overview:

  • Manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement or litigation referral.

  • Evaluate liability, injuries, treatment progress, and damages.

  • Develop and execute case strategy in coordination with internal teams.

  • Communicate directly with clients and guide them through the process.

  • Negotiate bodily injury claims with insurance adjusters.

  • Review settlement demands and evaluate offers.

  • Ensure cases are progressing efficiently and escalate where needed.


What They're Looking For:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active California Bar (in good standing)

  • 1-3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


Compensation & Benefits:
