What You Can Expect

The Sales Compensation Analyst is highly analytical with an eye for process improvement and attention to detail. In this role you will partner with senior Sales, Finance and HR leadership to help solve administration challenges and design future compensation plans and metrics focused on achieving needed business results.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Assists with sales compensation plan design, documentation, modeling, auditing, and analysis
  • Communicate and implement sales incentive compensation plans
  • Analyzes and interprets business needs, legal and compliance requirements, and governance policies to shape components of the sales compensation program.
  • Performs job analysis and benchmarks positions to the market, including salaried, hourly, and middle management positions. Produces benchmark reports and pay recommendations.
  • Builds and uses ad hoc queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data from HRIS, ICM and otherinternal systems.
  • Assists in the creation and review of sales compensation plan summary documents, offer letters(internal and external), severance letters, and confirmation letters and other new hire documents for M&A activity
  • Participates in relevant compensation surveys.
  • Works on special compensation projects as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related and 3+ years of HR-related experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of related experience, required.
  • Experience working on Sales/Incentive compensation plans or supporting a Sales or other revenue-generating commercial function is preferred.
  • SuccessFactors experience is a plus us as is any work toward CCP or other HR-related certifications
Travel Expectations
  • Occasional domestic overnight travel up to 10%
