This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately Monday - Friday schedule, but will include some evenings and weekends for busier seasons.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily hard and soft facilities services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and general maintenance operations
  • Direct custodial operations and janitorial cleaning across a 3-building, 850,000 sq. ft. campus
  • Lead and develop a management team and frontline technicians and custodial staff
  • Build and manage financial budgets, KPIs, and scope of services for the account
  • Serve as the primary client relationship owner, including weekly client meetings and site walks
  • Drive change management and cultivate a culture centered on empathy and environmental safety
What We Offer

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include:

What You Bring
  • Facilities management experience from independent senior living, higher education, corporate, or airport environments, ready to step up into a Director of Facilities Operations role
  • Experience with client start-up accounts or contract management in FM services
  • Strong change management skills with a track record of building team culture
  • MEP, HVAC, or plumbing licensure a plus
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and multi-site scope of services while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Valid driver's license, as this role may require driving between campus buildings
