At Allen Industries, we're looking for an Oven Operator who can turn raw materials into the high-quality sign components seen across the country. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

As an Oven Operator, you'll use specialized thermoforming equipment to heat, mold, and shape plastic components used in custom signage. Every day brings a new challenge as you:

✅ Operate thermoforming ovens and trimming equipment

✅ Form sign faces and backs to exact specifications

✅ Read drawings and artwork to ensure product accuracy

✅ Monitor temperatures, materials, and production quality

✅ Make machine adjustments to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

✅ Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools

✅ Help create products that showcase some of the most recognized brands in the country


What We're Looking For:

✔ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

✔ Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience with thermoforming equipment is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate

✔ Ability to life up to 70 pounds independently and team lift up to 100 pounds

✔ Comfortable working in warm environments (90°F)
