Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator & Quality Inspectors to join our clients manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications.
  • Record production and quality data accurately.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow cleanroom protocols at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, and quality inspection experience is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work a 12-hour night shift.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in narrow spaces while operating and adjusting equipment in the Slurry, Coating, and Slitting production areas.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, bend, reach, and stoop throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures.
Work Environment
  • Cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • Employees are required to wear company-provided anti-static cleanroom attire at all times, including:
    • Anti-static uniform
    • Hair net
    • Face mask
    • Any additional required PPE
  • All required PPE is provided by the company at no cost to employees.
  • Manufacturing environment with production equipment, noise, and standard industrial conditions.
