Slitter Operator (Wide-Web Flexographic)

We’re looking for a Slitter Operator to run high-speed slitting/rewind equipment and ensure finished products meet quality and customer expectations. This role is the final checkpoint before product ships—attention to detail is everything.


What You’ll Do
  • Operate wide-web slitter/rewind equipment safely and efficiently
  • Review job specs and ensure all materials are ready before setup
  • Monitor product quality throughout the run (print, lamination, winding, defects)
  • Label, pack, and document finished goods and scrap accurately
  • Perform line clearance between jobs to prevent mix-ups
  • Track production time and job activity in the system
  • Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment checks
  • Communicate issues and work closely with team members to keep production moving

What You’ll Need
  • Manufacturing experience (slitting, laminating, or printing preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
