We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries.Position SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators & Quality Inspectors to join our client's manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing setting.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications.Record production and quality data accurately.Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow cleanroom protocols at all times.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous manufacturing, machine operation, and quality inspection experience is required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic math and recordkeeping skills.Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work a 12-hour night shift.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and work on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift.Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in narrow spaces while operating and adjusting equipment in the Slurry, Coating, and Slitting production areas.Ability to perform repetitive motions, bend, reach, and stoop throughout the shift.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures.Work EnvironmentCleanroom manufacturing environment.Employees are required to wear company-provided anti-static cleanroom attire at all times, including: Anti-static uniformHair netFace maskAny additional required PPEAll required PPE is provided by the company at no cost to employees.Manufacturing environment with production equipment, noise, and standard industrial conditions.Shift InformationNight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMBreak ScheduleTwo (2) paid 15-minute breaks One (1) unpaid 30-minute meal breakPay Information$18-21/per hour depending on experiencePlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
