Job description

We are seeking Press Operators to operate mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses producing metal components. We have 2nd and 3rd shifts available. This role is responsible for operating press equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. $1.50 shift diff for 3rd - $2.00 shift diff for 2nd

Responsibilities
• Operate mechanical and/or hydraulic stamping presses to produce metal parts
• Load materials and monitor press operations during production runs
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Maintain production documentation and quality records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications
• Previous experience operating stamping presses or similar metal forming equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift

Nice to Have
• Experience with progressive dies or coil-fed stamping presses
