Crucial Link is hiring in Valley City – ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT

Valley City, OH | Temp-to-Hire

Crucial Link is hiring Machine Operators and Single Hit Stamping Press Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Valley City.
These positions can be entry level. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Open Positions

1st Shift
  • Warehouse
  • Single Hit Stamping Press Operator
  • Value Add Machine Operator opportunities as available
Pay
  • Warehouse: $17.00/hr
  • Machine Operator: $17.00/hr
  • Single Hit Press Operator: $18.00/hr
Typical Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Friday overtime may be scheduled depending on production needs
  • Occasional Saturday overtime during heavier production periods

2nd Shift
  • 3 Single Hit Press Operators
  • 3 Value Add Machine Operators
Pay – Includes 10% Shift Differential
  • Machine Operator: $18.70/hr
  • Single Hit Press Operator: $19.80/hr
Typical Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM–3:00 AM
  • Additional daily overtime may extend the shift to approximately 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM depending on production needs
What You'll Do

Machine Operator
  • Operate production machinery and equipment
  • Load and unload parts
  • Perform basic visual quality inspections
  • Follow work instructions and production requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
Single Hit Stamping Press Operator
  • Operate single-hit stamping press equipment
  • Load parts/material into the press
  • Remove completed parts and inspect for quality
  • Perform repetitive production work in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle materials throughout the shift
  • Follow all machine safety procedures
Single Hit Press positions are more physically demanding than the Machine Operator positions.
