Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

About the Role
Jetpack is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role for someone who has at least one year of machine operating experience and enjoys working with manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What You'll Do
  • Set up, operate, and monitor capsule manufacturing equipment
  • Perform machine changeovers and adjust equipment for different production runs
  • Assist with new product setups and accurately document machine settings
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment
  • Pull, verify, and document raw materials and lot numbers for production batches
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
  • Identify quality, food safety, or equipment concerns and report them promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area
  • Follow all FDA, GMP, safety, and company procedures
  • Support other production operations as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly
  • Experience performing machine setup and changeovers preferred
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Basic computer skills for production documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds to shoulder height regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a fast-paced production environment throughout the shift
