Machine Operator

Location: 1140 Highbrook Street Schedule: Monday – Friday 2 pm - 10 pm

Industry: Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the Role

We're a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Machine Operator who isn't afraid of physical work, enjoys learning how machines run, and takes pride in producing quality products. This is a shop-floor role-you'll be setting up equipment, running production, cleaning machines, and helping keep operations moving.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and run capsule manufacturing equipment
  • Assist with new product setups and document machine settings
  • Perform machine changeovers and adjust settings as needed
  • Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
  • Pull, verify, and document ingredients and lot numbers for batches
  • Watch for quality or food safety issues and report them immediately
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
  • Complete daily and weekly equipment checklists
  • Follow FDA, GMP, and food safety requirements
  • Pitch in wherever needed to support production

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with physical work and getting dirty
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. to shoulder height regularly
  • Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand tools
  • Basic computer skills for documentation
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, food, nutraceutical, or pharma is a plus
