Assembly/Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
📍 Solon, OH | 🕒 Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 💲 $17-$19/hr (based on experience)

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for assembling components and products according to precise specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Assists the lead operators on production line equipment efficiently while maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Production standards.
  • Promotes and follows all EHS and Quality guidelines and procedures.
  • Performs minor set-ups, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.
  • Ability to accurately account for production quantity, process scrap, production time, and traceability practices by filling out a daily production log.
  • Recommends safety improvements as needed
  • Ensures all housekeeping and equipment standards are met.
  • Assists in training temporary workers to pick/place/pack/palletize.
  • Able to conduct basic operation of cardboard baler, plastic baler, compactor, carton erector, pallet jack, and taper/tape gun.
  • Provides support and assistance to other line teams as needed.

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • No previous experience is necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.
  • Must be able to perform simple math calculations.
  • Must be computer literate.
