MACHINE OPERATOR- 2nd Shift, Walton, KY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 2nd shift Machine Operator. ABOUT THE ROLE
The machine operator will operate and troubleshoot machinery to ensure efficient production at our prefab location.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Daily Maintenance: Perform pre-checks and routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record key information related to the parts being processed, including performance metrics and adjustments.
  • Machine Operation: Learn and thoroughly understand machine operations and make necessary adjustments during your shift to maintain parts within specified tolerances.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and make real-time adjustments as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.
  • Forklift Experience: Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to learn and operate machinery with attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production quality.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and work a set schedule.
  • Must be willing to join the carpenters’ union
SCHEDULE/LOCATION:
  • Schedule: Monday- Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:30 am, with option for overtime
