Manufacturing Machine Operator

Have 6 or more months of manufacturing experience and want to grow your machine operation and production skills? This Manufacturing Machine Operator opportunity in Franksville, WI could be a great fit for you.

This company manufactures packaging materials for food companies across the United States. They offer a supportive team environment, hands-on training and the opportunity for long-term employment.

In this temp-to-hire Manufacturing Machine Operator role, youโ€™ll learn how to operate packaging and production machines. Youโ€™ll start by loading and unloading raw cardboard, performing quality checks and printing labels. As you gain experience, youโ€™ll cross-train on additional machine operation functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in manufacturing.

Manufacturing Machine Operator Duties:
  • Load and unload raw cardboard onto packaging machines
  • Perform quality checks on finished packaging products
  • Print labels for finished products
  • Cross-train and learn all machine operation functions

Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
  • Night Shift employees must train on Day Shift

Pay: $18-$21 per hour

Manufacturing Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 6 or more months of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
