Salary: $18.40/hour
Machine Operator - 2nd Shift (Train on 1st) | $18.40/hr
Training Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Regular Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (long weekends!)
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting Machine Operators / Production Operators / Manufacturing Associates for a respected metal stamping manufacturer in the Holland area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-owned manufacturing company with long-term stability and opportunities to grow into skilled trades through apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Run machines according to established production and quality standards
  • Maintain and monitor various machine functions including scrap removal, machine adjustments, and general clean-up
  • Perform all required quality control and inspection functions
  • Practice and promote workplace safety at all times
  • Sort and inspect parts as required

Associates may work in multiple areas including small press machines, large press machines, or wash line operations, ensuring equipment runs properly and production continues efficiently.
Required Experience
  • Previous manufacturing/machine operator experience required
  • Familiarity with mechanical equipment or manufacturing machinery
  • Able to lift up to 50lb, bend/twist/stand/kneel/reach throughout shift
  • Blueprint reading experience highly preferred
  • Hand tool experience highly preferred
