Job Title: General Machine Operator
Location: North Royalton
Job Type: Full Time – Temp to Hire
Shift: Day Shift – Monday – Friday 6:30am - 4:00pm (Friday is usually 6:30am - Noon)

Salary: $17-20/hr – depending on Skills, Abilities, & Experience.

Training Provided
Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check (2nd Chance Employer) and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Machine for our client in North Royalton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure efficient production. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various types of machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality and identify any mechanical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain product quality.
