General Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Starting at $18.50/hour + 15% Shift Premium = $21.28/hour
Higher starting pay available based on experience

Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, detail oriented individuals to join our team as General Machine Operators.

What You'll Do

  • Operate machinery and process parts according to blueprints and production requirements

  • Read and interpret prints, work assignments, and material specifications

  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and hand tools

  • Follow safety procedures and material handling practices

  • Maintain production quality and efficiency standards

  • Work with overhead cranes and various manufacturing equipment

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 18 years old

  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and production routings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to use inspection gauges and measuring equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standing

  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
