MST Second Shift Machine Operator

Location: Hinton, VA 22831

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MST Second Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor machinery on the second shift to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor MST machinery during the second shift to meet production goals.
  • Perform routine machine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and productivity.
  • Assist with setup and changeover of machines as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to work the second shift (afternoon/evening hours).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
