Schedule
1st Shift: Monday – Saturday/Sunday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Saturday/Sunday
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule Requirement: Employees should be available to work 6–7 days per week during the startup period, including overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machines to ensure product quality and production standards are met.
  • Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following company safety procedures.
  • Complete production documentation and accurately report machine performance.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
