Location: Panama City, FL

Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with overtime as needed)

Reports To: Production Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

  • Operate coil winding machines with accuracy and care.
  • Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils.
  • Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications.
  • Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire.
  • Assemble components and perform quality checks.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using manual and powered hand tools.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Hoist/crane experience and forklift certification are a plus.
  • Safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
