FrankCrum Staffing is actively building a pipeline of experienced Machine Operators for current and upcoming opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay area. We partner with leading manufacturers in industries including aerospace, electronics, plastics, packaging, metal fabrication, food production, and industrial manufacturing.
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

•             Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
•             Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
•             Load raw materials and components into machines.
•             Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
•             Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
•             Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
•             Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
•             Record production information and maintain accurate documentation.
•             Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•             Follow OSHA, company, and workplace safety procedures.
