Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry-Level – Manufacturing/Production)
Location: Sarasota, FL (34240)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Pay: Weekly pay

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for entry-level Machine Operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in production or grow within the manufacturing industry. No advanced experience required—training provided.

Machine Operators play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery throughout the shift

  • Set up machines and ensure proper operation before and during production runs

  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues

  • Make basic adjustments to machine settings to maintain production standards

  • Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment

  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

  • Track production output and complete required documentation

  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications
