Entry Level Assembler Location: Merritt Island, FL

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime: Available on Fridays

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Assembler to join our fabrication team in Merritt Island, FL. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning.

This position offers hands-on experience in a fabrication shop where you'll assist welders and machine operators while learning valuable industry skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work with hand and power tools
  • Cut and prepare raw materials for production
  • Perform hydro testing on fabricated parts
  • Move materials and completed products throughout the shop
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
  • Support fabrication and production operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
  • Previous shop, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
