The Machine Helper plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector by ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. This position involves assisting machine operators with setup, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. The Machine Helper will be responsible for identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or irregularities to prevent defects and ensure product quality. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain a productive and hazard-free work environment. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to meeting production targets and maintaining the high standards expected in the manufacturing facility located in Lincolnton, NC.
