Job Summary: The Manufacturing Helper assists with daily manufacturing operations to help maintain efficient workflow throughout the production area. This role supports equipment setup, material handling, and general housekeeping while following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading raw materials, parts, and finished goods.
  • Help monitor products during the production process and identify any visible defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing environments preferred.
