Job Purpose:

The Fabrication Helper will assist in the fabrication and repair of various products to meet customer needs and safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist welders and fitters in fabrication of lifting tools.
  • Assist in grinding weld points.
  • Inspect fabricated lifting devices.
  • Perform other functions as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Experience in a manual labor environment- including construction, lawncare, blacktop/asphalt, or similar outdoor labor environments.
  • Must pay close attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of products and maintain safety standards.
  • At least one year of experience synthetic wire rope/sling repair preferred,
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
