POSITION: Flexo Machine Helper
$18.00 - $22.00 - Full Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Helps to accurately and efficiently set up and operate machine with selecting and fastening printing plate on machine, filling ink pails with required colors, adjusting rate of flow of ink and spacing guides and checking glue station.
Assists operator or assistant with checking containers to verify quality by examining for miss-slotted containers, loose liner, misprints or any other defects.
Monitors job quality and reports any problems to the Operator.
Secures proper cover sheets, tie sheets and load tags and stacks the finished boxes according to job specifications.
Ensures correct bundle and unit counts and reports final count of piece units to Operator.
