Manufacturing Worker
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Location: Navasota, TX
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

We are hiring Manufacturing Operators for multiple departments in a busy manufacturing facility located in Navasota, TX 77868. These are temporary positions, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

DEPARTMENTS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Weld Line
  • Heat Treat
  • Quality Control

(Placement will be based on experience and production needs.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Labor Manufacturing)

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hr

  • Assist with production and assembly operations
  • Perform visual inspections and basic measurements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions
  • Load, unload, position, and move materials, pipes, and parts throughout the production area
  • Support welding, grinding, sanding, and straightening processes as assigned
  • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and measuring devices
  • Apply stencils, paint, stamps, caps, and plugs to finished and in-process products
  • Record basic production and inspection information as required
  • Follow all safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain steady production flow
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous manufacturing or manual labor experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to perform physical/manual labor
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
  • Strong attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Stable work history is important
  • Availability for overtime and weekends as needed

Education: High School Diploma or GED

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30/6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00/7:00 AM
  • Overtime and weekends may be required.
