Manufacturing Associate Shift

1st shift: Mon-Friday / 6am-2:30pm (currently working OT until 4:30pm)

2nd shift: Mon-Friday / 2:30pm-11pm (currently working OT 4:30pm-3am)

Manufacturing Associate Starting pay:

Base: $16/hr + production bonus ($0 - $5/hr.)

Average employee = $18/hr

Manufacturing Associate Duties:

  • Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools to meet production targets.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, applying mechanical knowledge to identify issues and ensure smooth operation.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
  • Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and managing stock levels efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members on production goals, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.

Manufacturing Associate Experience:

  • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting demonstrates technical aptitude.
  • Warehouse experience that includes inventory management or shipping/receiving tasks is advantageous.
