Job description
Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business.
As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.Â
We are currently looking for a Line 9 Coating Assistant for C Shift, 7pm to 7am. Some responsibilities for the role include:
- Promoting safety by following procedures and practices
- Assisting Line Operator to ensure product runs smoothly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shiftÂ
Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and armsÂ

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma/GED required
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Some computer skills preferred
