Job Summary

This role is critical in producing lightweight, high-performance foam components used in aircraft interiors, insulation, and structural applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves hands-on Vacuuming, Tumbling, Kitting and packaging of precision foam components. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production environment cleaning and prepping parts for packaging and production data logging documentation using computer software.

  • Perform cleaning, finishing, and visual inspection of manufactured parts ensuring all components meet specifications and are prepared for packaging
  • Accurately enter production data into tracking systems and report any deviations or equipment issues
  • Package finished products for shipment according to company standards

  • Maintain cleanliness of surrounding work areas
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve process efficiency and product performance
