Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Manufacturing Associate positions in Fremont, CA This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Manufacturing Associate, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production schedules for filling, labeling, and kit packaging operations.

  • Operate and monitor manual and automated production equipment to ensure products are processed accurately and efficiently.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety guidelines at all times.

  • Complete assigned production tasks independently and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

  • Read and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions to perform manufacturing and packaging activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions, verbal directions, and process diagrams.

  • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, labeling verification, and production documentation.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and moving mechanical parts while following safety procedures.

  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including room temperature and cold storage areas as low as -20°C (-4°F).
