Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Machine Operator opportunities in Stuart, FL. Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor cutting, forming, and other production machines to manufacture metal and plastic components.

  • Inspect workpieces for defects using measuring instruments and adjust machine settings to ensure products meet quality specifications.

  • Read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications, tooling requirements, and operational sequences.

  • Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and report major equipment concerns to supervisors.

Candidates for Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and product specifications.

  • Basic knowledge of machine operation, tooling, machine maintenance, and repair.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
