Machine Operator – 2nd Shift: McHenry, Illinois
Our customer in McHenry, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating coil machines, ensuring product quality, and troubleshooting any issues to maintain efficient production.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
  • Manufacture custom extension springs, compression springs, torsion springs, and wire forms for the dispensing industry.
  • Operate and maintain coil machines to produce high-quality springs and wire forms.
  • Monitor production runs to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Adjust and calibrate machinery as needed to ensure accurate production.
  • Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and perform quality checks.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling completed orders for shipment.
Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Some experience working with coil machines or similar machinery.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints for custom spring designs.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control throughout the production process.
  • Basic knowledge of spring manufacturing techniques and materials.
