Job description

Immediately hiring Food Production Workers for a large food warehouse on the north side of San Antonio (airport area). This is a cold environment at 42-45 degrees daily.
Pay is $15-$17/hr. based on experience.
Shift is Mon-Fri 5am start (8-12 hr. shifts, until finished).

Food Production Worker details:
  • Operate machines used for mixing, cooking, slicing, filling, or packaging food.
  • Load/unload materials onto production lines or into machines.
  • Assemble food products recipes or batches according to company specs.
  • Pack finished food items into boxes or containers.
  • Seal and label packaging for distribution.
  • Stack and move pallets using pallet jacks.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment following food safety guidelines.
  • Quality inspection of food products.
  • Remove defective products or packages from the production line.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (42-45 degrees).
  • Ability to stand be active for entire shift.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices.
