Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

+$1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

+$2.00 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Schedule: AM / PM shifts available

Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines

  • Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly

  • Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Must be able to work weekends when scheduled
